Related product module & breadcrumbs

Breadcrumbs are working fine except when clicking on a product displayed in the related product module (we call it "Product accessories"). Take, for example, digitalguarddog.com/dd_dev/2013-07-24-08...motive/pbs-x/product . You'll see a number of related products in the LH sidebar. Click on any one of the "Choose options". Note that the breadcrumbs does not change to reflect the newly shown product. This is incorrect. If you click, say, PBS-I, the breadcrumb still shows as if it's displaying PBS-X.
