Shop Page Gone!

--The Hikashop page all of a sudden is blank on the frontend. The backend is all there but nothing shows. Any ideas? It like a connection was lost. We are using Essenstials and no one was working in it.

Hi,

First, it is complicated that something suddenly stop working without any kind of modification.
If you have some blank pages, please check your PHP error log or activate the PHP error reporting in your Joomla configuration.
You should have a PHP error but the server hide it and display a blank page instead.

Thank you. That's exactly what happened. I was having some customized work and they didn't realize that what they did caused the problem. We restored a file and everything is back.
