There is no link with acymailing. It is just that some acymailing code is display below the modal initialization script.

You use the Bootstrap modals but you don't have the jQuery bootstrap modals library in your website.
Or your template completely mess up the jQuery initialization and the modal lib is destroyed.

It seams that you can't open any kind of bootstrap popup in your website, not only in HikaShop.
The modals are a Joomla 3 native function, the code you see is not added by HikaShop, it's added by joomla itself.
Please checkout your template, please check your scripts inclusions and please see in the joomla forum how to fix the bootstrap modals in your website.

Otherwise, you can change the modal used in HikaShop in order to use the "mootools" (squeezbox) one instead of the jquery bootstrap.

I am sorry but the bootstrap popup uses jQuery and in your website, it didn't work because of a wrong multiple inclusion of the jQuery library. So in your specific case, using mootools was the right thing to do.
Secondly, HikaShop uses jQuery. We do not include the library in the package for nothing...

I really don't understand what you are trying to say but I guess you have misunderstanding how HikaShop works and you remark is not appropriate.

I still don't understand anything of what you are trying to explain.
Do you know that Joomla itself still use mootools and for most features the mootools lib will be load ?
Do you know that Joomla 1.5/2.5 does not include the jQuery library ?
Do you know that most of component which include jQuery does not check the joomla version and does not use the Joomla jquery lib so you can have several jquery inclusions for a single page ?

Please try to explain it better. I know that it's nothing personal but it is just impossible to understand your message which could be wrong interpreted.
