Sorting Price from Cheapest to expensive

Is there away to create a filter were i can sort the price from smallest to biggist.

Yes.
When you create a new filter via the menu Display>Filters, set the type to for example "dropdown", then the "apply on" to "sort" and then select the "price" for the "sort" option and that will allow you to sort your products listings by ascending/descending price.
