-- url of the page with the problem -- : nascentnaturals.com/search/newest-first....=all&searchword=test
-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/30.0.1599.101 Safari/537.36
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

ON the above url, and anytime you use the search function the Joomla breadcrumb includes the item "Menu item for category listing module 146" which appears to be part of Hikashop, is there anyway to get this to stop displaying and insure that the breadcrumbs stay consistant like on nascentnaturals.com/index.php?option=com...lays-muds&Itemid=400

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

The breadcrumb will display based on the id of the menu item that you entered in the search plugins of HikaShop. So make sure that you entered the id of your main menu item and it should display similarly.

Thanks for your quick reply, I have set the menu item to the home menu item, however the breadcrumb text remains, and appears to be a name coming form a hikashop module.

Hi,

Thanks to try to disable the option " Full breadcrumb path" in the plugin basic options.
And set an itemid for the categories search plugin too.

Hi thank you, between the suggestions you provided and SH404sef (I had to purge urls) I was able to accomplish getting rid of the obscure breadcrumb.
