Contact for more info feature under product page

I'm trying to figure out if i'm missing something here, but when i click the "contact for more information" button and fill out the fields, then submit my query - should it just load the empty contact form again instead of displaying some sort of notice like "thank you for your query, we will be in touch" + a "back to product" button?
