Customize product page layout

hey there,

i am trying to configure the product display page layout.
i have searched throughout the forums and FAQ, i realized i have to change the product/show_default.php

so for example, in order to move the product title to the right area,
i went to show_default and
moved the whole <h1>...</h1> tag
from inside the <div id="hikashop_product_top_part" class="hikashop_product_top_part"> part
to the <div id="hikashop_product_right_part" class="hikashop_product_right_part span6"> part

i save, and nothing happens... the layout remains the same.
i am kind of confused, i guess im missing something

i know this has probably been asked before, but i cannot seem to be able to find a solution
some tip on how to work this out would be greatly appreciated

if a link is necessary i will try to upload an example somewhere.
