Characteristics stopped working

Hello, I am experiencing problem with products characteristics.
Most of the time they are working, but sometimes (for example today morning) they stop working.
I also received some comments from customers, that they cannot set or buy different product characteristics.
For example on page: www.lienocka.sk/vrecka-na-plienky there are 4 colors of the product. In normal case the customers can choose color and add the product to the basket. The default color for this product is "biela" (white).
Sometimes if they choose the different color, the picture does not change to the chosen color, and if they add the product to the basket, there is always the default color (biela)....

I don't know where the problem is. Sometimes it will repair by "itself", but sometimes I must use the joomla admin and open some product and save it (with no change)...

I found out the working/not working characteristics seems to be random....(product save won't help)
Some site are working, and some are not......after waiting 10 minutes different sites are working and different not. I don't understand

I can't understand your problem without enough information, so can you give us more information about the products which are not working, by showing me some screenshots of how did you configured these products and their variants and also by giving me a link to your products page.

as I mentioned before, the problem is random. Variants for one product are working, and for other product they are not working. After 10 minutes the situation changes, and first product is not working, but the second is.......This happened for example few minutes ago while I was taking screenshots for you. Here are some examples regarding the attached screenshots:

- product "Vrecká na plienky" - variant "modrá" working and also not working ( url: www.lienocka.sk/vrecka-na-plienky )
- product "Podbradníčky" - variant "lienka" working and also not working ( url: www.lienocka.sk/podbradniky )

What do you mean by "working and also not working" ? Also, Can you show me the screenshots that I asked you ?
By the way, can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and try it again ?

I am sorry, I attached zip file with screenshots, but I guess it did not work. I try to attach screenshots without zipping them.
By "working and also not working" I mean that there are screenshots with working variant (the picture of the product change after clicking on variant), and also screenshots with the same variant not working (the picture of the product does not change after clicking on variants).

There is no error in Java Console. I found out, that the problem is everytime just for few minutes.
Is it possible to be some cache or timeout error or something like that?
I tried it on multiple computers with different web browsers and with the same result...

I just tried on my end too, and actually it's working fine, thanks to try to disable the cache in the Joomla configuration, joomla cache plugin, maybe in the template or any other cache extension, etc.

Problem solved. This fixed the problem: Joomla Global Configuration - Cache Settings - Caching disabled.
