Drop Down Selection List in Menu

Hi, I am using the latest Hika Shop Business Version with Joomla 3.

I would like to provide a selection menu, from where customers can directly chose the manufacturer of his choice. I want to do so, by providing them with a scrollable drop down menu (kind of a Drop Down List). Is there a way to do so in Hikashop? The list should dynamically be filled with the manufacturer/brand information from Hikashop.

Hi,

Dropdown display is not supported for the modules. You can display them as a list or a grid layout but not as a dropdown for now.
That would require that you edit for example the listing_list file of the view "category" via the menu display>Views in order to code that yourself.

There is no option for that. Still, you can achieve it with some custom code in the view file as explained in my previous message.
