However it works only when SEF is totally turned off.

It's weird but after I unpublished the category listing menu that's installed by default, it works. May I know what happens?

Can you show me how did you configured your category listing menu through some screenshots so that I can see if the problem is coming from hikashop or not (if it's an Hikashop menu) ?

I have attached a screenshot of the configuration. It is the default setting actually. i don't need it for this project. I publish it to test if the other hikashop menu types are working properly because the menu type for product page is not. BTW, I did use K2 in this project as well, so I'm not sure if there's some conflicts.

To speed up the support, I am going to pm you my admin login as well.

I'm having similar problem--404 category not found when sef is turned on. Unfortunately unpublishing the default category listing did not solve the problem. I also have that weird "Products" part of the url. I didn't add any category named "Products" both to hikashop and joomla. Where does that even come from?

I also tried changing the configuration on SEF url options but it doesn't seem to change anything. Any hikashop menu I've created ended in the form domain.tld/Products/alias. And yes, I tried specifying a custom alias for the menus.
