Category Header Change

Please could you assist me, purchased you multi - venda application, and going to purchase the business application next week, i have two issues -

1st Issue - I have several different categories - example:

Main Menu - Technology
Sub Menu - Computers
Sub Sub Menu - Computer Accessories

I would like to have a header banner or image on each page symbolizing the category they are in,

so the

Main Menu - Technology ( would have an image of a variety of technological items) as a banner above the products being sold , clicking on this
Sub Menu - Computers (would have an image of a computer)
Sub Sub menu - Would have a picture of a computer mouse for example

hope this make sense i have use the accordian menu from Skyline Technology Limited Company.

Second issue is the final product page that shows the products being sold, is there any way of making this look better, i am trying to have the main image on the left, with the brief discription and options and add to basket on the right, with the tabs below them both.
