add to cart button not shows when free price

hello freinds ...
i puted a 0.00 price on some products ... in product page i see the string "Free" but not see the add to cart button that can make the reservation goes ... what i am doing rong ?

need to activate option in backend config - Display 'add to cart' button for free products
