So you want to customize the display of the product listing.
Using some custom HTML or just custom CSS, you can modify the rendering of the page.

It is possible to have such design with HIkaShop but it requires some design skills in order to have the right CSS.
With the view overrides, you will be able to have the HTML which will feet to your needs, in this way HikaShop (and HikaMarket) are very flexible.
