Меню товаров то что слева оно создано в модулях джумла автоматически при установке hikashop и называется Categories on 2 levels.

Go in the menu Display->Content modules, edit the module with the id 87 and there you can change the "ordering column" and "ordering direction" options for that.

product_price_percentage
на ето поле не реагирует
по цене не сортируется

The product_price_percentage column is probably always 0 on your website and there is no point in ordering on that column.
You should use another column.
