Hi,
Couple of questions I need to get sorted in order to get the site working correctly to start with.

1. How do I set cataloque mode only for people not in a specific group (ie members have full access nobody else does)
2. How do I remove all prices from cataloque mode
3. How do I turn off all stock checking and hide the no stock messages.

I also cannot get the bootstrap option to display anything put a single column. Its J3.2 so bootstrap is loaded.

Thanks

Tony

Hi,

1. Simply restrict your menu items based on the user access via the joomla menu manager instead. That way, people just won't see your menu items for your shop.

2. Bootstrap is only loaded if your template loads it. If you get single columns listings when you turn on the "use bootstrap design" option of the configuration, it means that your template doesn't load bootstrap.

Hi,
That didn't really answer the questions, sorry.

1. I need everybody to be able to see the entire shop without prices or add to cart and Members to be able to see with prices and add to cart. I cant see how I can restrict menu items to do this.
2. You didn't answer the stock question
3. If I look at the source for the pages bootstrap-min.js is loaded.

Hi,

1. That can only be done with the Business edition by restricting the access level of your product prices based on the user groups. Users who don't see the prices won't see the add to cart button if the "display add to cart button for free products" option of the configuration is turned off. And you can just change the "Free" word to whatever you want with a translation override:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify

2. The stock won't display if you don't display the add to cart button, so my answer on the first point will also solve this one.

3. Sure, but that's the javascript file of bootstrap. Do you see the boostrap.css file for the styling (which is used for the listing columns) ?
