Popup message is not showing

I have selected the option that whenever a product is added to cart it should a popup message. but there is not popup message showing. what is the problem? and how do i can show a pop up message?

You have a javascript conflict on your website with mootools. Because of that, the popup system of Joomla is not initialized and you don't see the popup. Install and configure jquery easy and it should work: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-en...jquery-scripts/18327
