Layout of quantity and add to cart button

Hi,
at the moment and with the default setup when you display a product the qty option and add to cart are horizontal.

I need to change the layout so that the add to cart is below the quantity option but cannot find this in any of the files, It seems to be a table but I cannot find where its created or controlled.


Any help please.
