CSS for alignment in Product Page

Am having some issues in changing some CSS (in Configuration > Display > frontend_custom.css) to change the layout of the product page from the 1st to the 2nd. If you could just provide some hints for that, I would be much grateful.

I don't think that some CSS code customization will be enough to do that, the best solution will probably be to edit the code of the "show_default" file of the "product" view of your front-end template, AND use some CSS code.
