Latest Articles Module

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.1

I have a proble with the latest products module, i want to select the latest products of all the store, so i have the product category on top and after 20 categories, and insede them 5 or six categories more.

I went to the module and select to display all the subelements and to sync if possible.
Nothing displayed
but if i choose one of the other categories, it works.
any idea?

Sync should be turned off.

If that doesn't help, please provide a screenshot of all the hikashop options of the module.

Forget it i reconstruct the categories and it worked!!!

Another problem, i have a menu with all the categories made in joomla menu, but if a category has no products, related products are displayed instead, can it be avoid?

not yet, in local.
But i think its perhaps when i crated anew menu item, then it automatically assign the module related products instead of a new one, and the message no module assigned do you want to create a new one is not displayed?
could it be that?
