sef urls problem

hello i have a url like that .

hikashop-menu-for-module-733/46-christmas-ornaments

i dont want to have in my url the hikashop-menu-for-module-733 , so i went to Display> content menus and i rename the alias but the alis on my urls doesnt change.

i delete the website cache , what else i have to change for that ?

System - Cache plug in is disable. what the advice is to clean the cache that i already did.

i decide to solve the problem with sh404sef because i cant figure it out.

now i have a url like this

mydomain.com/Christmas/category/46-christmas-ornaments.html

my question is how i can remove the "category" from the path .

form hikashop sef url settings i remove the category option.

pls advice

The "category" comes from the menu which link to this page so it cannot be removed easily.
What's your purpose by removing this? If it's about the SEO you can use the canonical url option of the product.
