add products to cart multiply by predefined amoun

I would like to sell some (not all) product by packagings - if there is 10 products in a box, user can buy with multiply by 10 - so 20, 30, 40 etc... Let say the amount would be preconfigured on product, and it would be not possible to add different amount to the cart, only the predefined and its multiplies... is it possible to achieve this functionality?

To do it, you'll probable need to use some custom code which will require development skills. Also, note that a solution can be to sell your products per box of 10 for example .
