Product list with category name displayed

Hello,
i would like to have a page displaying the list of product, sorted by category, with the category name displayed.
the page would look like that:
Category1:
- product 1
- product 2
Category2:
- product 3
...
How can we do that?

My solutions will be to :
1. Create one product listing content module per category so that your products will be grouped per category

2. Create a product listing content menu, and edit the code of some files of your "product" view through the page "Hikashop->Display->Views", but some development skills will be required.
