Is "Cart page" a responsive page ?

Hi.
I note that:
- "Product page" is responsive (I see it well on a tablet or mobile)
- "Cart page" is not responsive (very hard to see on a tablet or mobile)
Is it right?
Is there any developer who made the "cart page" responsive?
