I have gifts shop and I want to offer an packing option. My customer can choise between different packings: bag or box of different color and price. Of without packing: "no, thanks".

It will be in drop down so:

Packing service? no, thanks
velvet bag red ( +€...)
velvet bag black ( +€...)
box silver ( +€...)
box black ( +€...)

I have meneged all variants. One of them is "no, thanks" and the price, of course, is "0". But on product page I see the price...
I did that twice (an advice in documentation of hikashop).
But I have twice that same result.

Please, help me to solve this.

Can you show me what do you have, and what do you exactly want to do through some screenshots so that I can understand your issue ?

On product page you can select an extra service. An extra service is: if you want packaged gift, you select kind and color of package

You see all options with price. The first option have to be without price. It means, no extra service, no extra pay.
