Product listing not appearing

We are having a situation with the products associeted with a category that appear when you click in the left navigator bar of the site, but when you click in the same but in the area where the products and sub-categories appear, the same category is not listing the produts.

The main category is this one (for exemple):
cognoscitiva-es.com/shop/index.php?optio...t=listing&Itemid=250

and if you click in the sub-category on the left bar, you see the products listing
cognoscitiva-es.com/shop/index.php?optio...t=listing&Itemid=153

but if you navigate on the main area sub-categories, it's empty with no products
cognoscitiva-es.com/shop/index.php?optio...egulares-&Itemid=250

we already try to create new sub-categories in the "Menus »»» Menu Shop" and associate with the ones created on hikashop, but it appends the same to the new ones.

have any idea how can this bug be resolved?

In the options of the categories listing module, thanks to select a category listing menu for the "menu" option.
Then, edit the selected menu options, and in its options, select a products listing associated module.

No it's in HikaShop > Display > Content modules, edit the categories listing modules that you have configured.
And you should see the option on the left side at the bottom.

in the Content modules of HikaShop there only the same kind of list with numbered "Associated products listing for category listing menu", but all of them unpublished. And in the end of the list there's the latest products, related products and hikashop cart module.

We tried to use the same kind of options configuration, of another category that is working properly, in (Display »»» content menus) and also in the "joomla menu options" that are associated with each category and sub-category, but still it's not working.
