Hi,

Please download again the latest version of HikaShop via the menu Your account>Your subscriptions and install it on your website and try again. That should fix the issue.

Hi,
I just tried it on my end with the last Hikashop version and it worked fine, it you already downloaded the last Hikashop version through our website and installed it on your website, Can you :
- Active the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Test it again so that we can see if it display an error message.

Hi,

I just tried on my local and it's working fine.
Can you try to create the module with the Joomla interface and then edit it in HikaShop ?
You should see in the url something like: "&cid[]=122".

Hi,

The warning is not important.
Please forgot it and be sure that we will fix it. But it is not the source of your problem. Not at all.

The problem is coming from the view "category | selectparentlistin" which does not send the value of the parameter "id" when you browse a category.
At this moment, if you change a category and make a selection, the targeted element which should receive the value of the category id is lost.. And can't be updated.

I made the modifications in HikaShop but there are several points to modify and it won't be very easy to list them you here.
I will see with Nicolas to include the patch I made in a hotfix package for HikaShop 2.3.0
