Fixed module of category products

When I click in a category product menu, the module desappear. :unsure:

How can I let the product's category module fixed in his position to display in all pages?

Hi,

First, edit your module (id 337) via the menu Display>Content modules of HikaShop and make sure that the "Synchronize with currently
displayed item when possible" option is turned off.
Then, check that the menu item that you selected in the "menu" option of that same screen is also selected in the "menu assignment" option of your module when you edit it via the joomla modules manager.
Then the module should display when you click on a link it displays.
