Modify the upload folder

All the product i upload has them pictures stored in the folder media\com_hikashop\upload.

I have installed a plugin that show on every category page a image slideshow of the specific products contained in a folder.
I my case all my files from all the categories are in the same folder so here comes my question:

How can i store my uploads in more folders that one?
for example:
media\com_hikashop\upload\inele
media\com_hikashop\upload\bratari
media\com_hikashop\upload\cercei

i can use config > files upload folder but can it be done in product page?

i could use the specify file location after i uploaded the files where i wanted them but is complicated for other people how will use this site to do this things, is not as simple as upload from computer (witch is a very common thing)
