Hi,
i am facing an issue with the sizes of the product images generated from hikashop after uploading.
I have changed the product page image dimensions to 486px (width) x 365px (height) for the new images added from now and after as shown in the screenshot.
However after uploading an image, the image created uses the previous dimensions that were set, using 329px as height and so the width of the image is smaller also as you can see in the url.
Somehow this setting seems it has been cashed somewhere.
This problem does not seem to occur in the other size settings (thumbnail and full image dimensions).

The solution will probably just be to use the options of the "Images" tab of the page : "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main" and then upload your product image again.

unfortunately no, this is actually the problem, i have changes the image settings in the configuration section as shown in the screenshot but the thumbnail for the main product image gets generated with the previous settings (height 329px).

Would you to create a user account so you can login and check it?

First of all thanks to update your HikaShop version, some improvements had been made regarding the images.

Do you have removed the cache on all your website ? In joomla configuration, joomla plugin, potentially another extension or template cache ?
When refreshing the page please press Ctrl + F5, that will clear the browser cache too.
