"Add to cart" Button does not appear

Hi Forum members,
the "Add to cart" Button on the product page is not visible (see at url on the top). Maybe i did a wrong configuration or something?
The Support wrote: "The solution will probably be to set the "Display 'Add to cart' button" option to YES through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display"
But after i did this here is still no change.

Is there a second setting or something?
