Two prices for different costumers

I´ve created a group called companies and its permission so i can be able to hace some prices for companies.
then in product i set the price for companies and selected the access level companies.
But the problem i have is that now it displays two prices the normal one and the companies one, and i would like to display only the companies one.
I tried changing the first price instead of all i selected all the groups but companies, but it displays that the product is free.

Ok jerome here are the screenshots







now how it is the empresas group can see the correct price 3 €
the admin can see 4,5
but for the public in general is free.

Hi,

I think that you will have to edit the view "product / listing_price" in order to display only one price depending on the user group.
To have a free price for the public, you have to create a new price field and fill it with the value "0.00" and not "0" because "0" is considered as null.

No you did not understood me.
the problem with this is that i want the 4.5 to be for all execpt for companies (empresas),
but if i select the price for 4.5 and select all except companies, when the user is public it displays free, i dont want it free i want it to be 4.5

To display the a price for guest users, the access level "guest" need to be selected for the price. Looking at your screenshots it seems to be the case. So that would mean that either it's a bug (which we don't have on our end, but maybe you have an old version of HikaShop?) but more likely that the user groups have been modified in joomla in some way, or that you're looking at the price on the frontend with a user which is in a group which doesn't have access to any price.

Hi nicolas i have the last version installed and have not changed anything in users except adding companies group, and in the fornt end i tried to navigate all the ways, as registered, as guest , as company and as public the only one that fails is public

Hi,

I just tried on my end and it's working fine.
One price for everybody but users in group "custom", and another for users of the group "custom" and the public see the first price.

Do you have an up to date version ?
Do you had edited the view "product / listing_price" ?

I´ve updated the program again (it was already in 2.3) deleted the modifications in show product default (to prevent), but it is still not working at all.

I also tried to reproduce the problem on my end but it's working fine.

Hi,

It seems that you have solved your problem, when I browse your website as public, I see the price "4.50€", the product is not shown as free.

Or there is something that I don't understand. ;)

Hi,

I found the problem. Thanks for the access.
The issue is that in the "guest user group" option of your Joomla user manager options screen, you had the value "13" saved. However, you didn't had any user group with that id. So Joomla was telling HikaShop that the user group for guest users was 13 while in fact you couldn't select that 13 user group in the "access level" options of HikaShop as that user group didn't exist.
The solution was simple. I just have to save the joomla user manager options screen and it saved the "public" user group instead of that 13 user group and it then worked.
