After migration of hikashop prices are not viseble

I am working on a new website and i have copy'ed all hikashop and user tables from the production website to a test enviroment. this worked but 1 item is not showing on the frontpage and product list in the admin.. but showing on the productpage in the admin panel. see also screenshots

Did i forget something?

In the wrong page you give ; you want to see page the price of values 16.52893 ?
I test to see if this value is somewhere in the page but seem not .
Thus it is a server side / back End problem . The php code don't succedd to retrieve the value or there is no value to retrieve for this item producuts !
An english page will be more helpfull !
when upload image to hks server forum the name change so best is add comment inside the capture !!

I l try to give help only on the client side ( css or js ) .

Ok... hereby:

on picture A: Price is visible on the product page on the admin side is availible
on picture B: the productlist on the admin side are the prices not visible.
picture C: the prices are not visible on the frontend (product page)

a--perhaps the value you speak is store in 2 differents locations and have not been update . re-edit this product by changing the value and save.Then re-edit to set the value you want !!

b--does the hikashop version use in both server is the same ?
re install /update hks extension !

Also in the database are the prices availible



Also i have tried to remove the price entry in the database and fill in the price again (Price ID 59 for example) and restults are the same.

There must be an algo that test something and retrieve ( don't manage) the value before be rendering in the client side !!


1--use xdebug on the variable that manage this values should give you information where code problem is .

2--Could you configure HKS to only show one item the item that cause the issue and see if the values appear in the client side ?

3--The problem could be how php handle index but strange it is only occur on your website not from others HSK users !!

4 does this occur for all the "valuta code " ? try to disable all or enable one by one to see what occur on the client side ?

5- Since you use language which extension do you use to manage language in you website ?
try to disable the language support and see result in the client side for the "problematic" item .

You should comment the capture screen related to the issue .
