how can I add a cart button & a read more button to products in products listing?

Hi,

The add to cart button can be enabled in the options of the menu / module.
To have a readmore button, you can edit the view "product / listing_img_title" (this is the default one, the one you use can be different according to your configuration) via the menu Display > Views.
