Category image disappear after changing image

I am experiencing some problems with my hikashop. After I changed a picture on my site there is now no picture present.
But when you click on the product, the correct picture shows.

What did I do:
First I went to the backend to the correct article and deleted the current picture. Then click add and look for the new picture on my computer. Then add. In the backend the correct picture shows. In the front there is no picture at all.
Also I changed one article from one catogory to another. But now it does not show anymore. Also I changed another picture of an article which has same problem. But here I also changed the name, which has same problem, the old name still shows in category listing. But when you click on the product the correct name and picture shows.

I already cleared my cache, but no solution.

What am I doing wrong?

So the image matter only happen in the backend ?
Could you try to update to our latest version, the 2.3.1 available from our website ?

We are currently not able to reproduce that issue on our end.
