Problem with category links in home page thumbnail

I updated my hikashop to the latest version, but seems like now that links to the inner categories are somehow produces in a different way and are not working.
If you see at my screenshot (1.png), getting mouse over the first thumbnail of my category shows a working link to this category, and this is the only thumb/link that works right - www.farmakeio24.net/index.php/category/2...ta-pathisi-katastasi
If you see my second screenshot (2.png), the link of the second thumbnail is not working (same think happens with all the other thumbnails) - www.farmakeio24.net/pharmacy-farmakeio
What could this be?

- Go to "Hikashop->Products->Catagories"
- Use the "Rebuild" button
And try it again.

Nope...
Same problem.

Anyone to help on this???
I can't make it work and is very bad for a live e-shop. It is a very serious problem considering that makes accessibility to the content of the site more difficult. We are spoiled to our customers.

First of all thank you for your answer.
What do you mean by invalid canonical url. All of the canonical urls are in latin characters, without spaces, only with "-" between the words.
In any case, I switched off both Joomla's SEF friendly URLs setting and all the SEF settings of Hikashop and worked.
Is there any other way to make it work with friendlier URLs?
