Product images is not showed

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Starter 2.3.1,
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.21

Hi guys,
i have problem with showing product images. I dont know why, but in category listing is images showed normally, but when i open specific product, image is not showed.

I have categories, where all works fine and product images are showed, but in new categories i don't know turn on show this product images.

product images showed: kikagarden.sk/index.php?option=com_hikas...ery-kliny&Itemid=126
product images not showed: kikagarden.sk/index.php?option=com_hikas...=zelenina&Itemid=242

and i don't see different of setting in theese categories.

Please, have you any ideas, whats wrong?

Can you try to delete and add again the image of one of the product of your "Zelina" category and test it again ?

thank you for answer.
Hmm, i was try complete delete image (from server via FTP too) with name "Artičoka". Thumbnails was created correct, in category list are images showed normally, but in product page is image not shown again

Absolutely i don't know, where is problem.

Can i send admin access to view admin options?

Hi,

It's either coming from the options of the "Images" section of the configuration or from the fact that the thumbnails folder (media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/) is not writable.
Check that you provided both a width and height in the image height/width on product page option of the configuration.

Hmm, i don't know... Former created products have normally showed images: kikagarden.sk/index.php?option=com_hikas...ery-kliny&Itemid=126
but now, is field for product image empty. I don't know about any changes in options (but client have admin rights and maybe change configuration (probably not)).

I attach configuration for image and for product.
Writable right is probably okay, in folder media/com_hikashop/upload is really a lot of directories with several images (image3).

If you need, i will send admin access to you.
Thanks for any ideas, client is a little nervous...

UAA: IT WORKS!
In filezilla is see, that directories was have really wrong rights (750). When i change rights to 755, product images is showed correct.
I know, this is really amateur problem, but i use Akeeba Admin Tools to automatic CHMOD settings and i don't check, whatever really.

OMG, not works:
When i upload any random image from my HDD, image is showed normally - screen 1 + 2
But when upload specific image (image 3), in field for product image ist empty :S (screen 3)

Between uploads images i don't change any options, only click on save button:

For example:
Open a product in backend and upload random image from HDD => click on SAVE = image is showed.
I delete this image and upload specific image (attechment 3) and click on SAVE = image is not showed.

I absolutly don't understand why.
Have you any ideas? (all uploaded images is JPG format)

Then maybe it's the name of the file ?
The forum changed it so I don't know what you had for the name of your image.
When I try on my end, your image displays fine after I upload it.

Hi Nicolas,

i was try your recommendation, but issues still proceed :((

I attach screen capture from my webshop: kikagarden.sk/image_WTF.mp4
In video i try upload random JPG file from my HDD and refresh webshop - image is shown.
When upload image "h1cc9c5e.jpg" - downloaded from my former post, image field is still empty.

Absolutely don't understand, what happened... :-/

Hi,

I'm not able to reproduce the problem: take.ms/EJ4JV
The image works fine on the product page without doing anything special on my end.
Maybe it comes from your images settings ? Make sure that you specify both a width and a height in the configuration for the product page image.
