No popup shown when related product is published

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28

Hi, we have a problem with the popup that should be displayed after click on "Add to cart" button in produtc page.

It seems an issue related to related products and also to my template. When the product has got related product the popoup don't display anyway the product is correctly added to the cart and the page refresh (in URL ?popup=1).

If I disable related product for that product, everything work fine and popup is correctly displayed.

What's wrong?

Hi,

This can sometimes happen when the layout of the product page was customized (either by you or by the template you're using).
Try to switch to the default template of Joomla and see if you still have the problem.
If yes, then you'll have to fix your view modifications (or seek help with your template provider).
If no, please provide a link to such product page.
