characteristics dosen't work in "add a cart"

Hi All,
i've got this big problem.

Every products has 3 different characteristics:
1) Only Download file
2) object with delivery small
3) Object with delivery big

now, when try to add a cart the first one, hikashop put in a cart the 3th one! Ever!
Why??

Can you kindly help me?? It's very urgent!!!

Hi,

This happens because either the view file "show_default" or "show" of the view "product" has been customized incorrectly via the menu Display->views or because the HTML of the product description is not valid.
Because of that, the variant data is included in the form of the page instead of being outside and because of that, the system always add the latest variant instead of the one selected.
So please check your product description/view files and it will work once these are correct.
