This started happening after moving the site from a subdomain on a different hosting service to the root/public_html path on a new hosting service. Attached files related to error message.

1. Can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it, and test it again ?

2. Can you :
- Active the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Test it again so that we can see if it display an error message.

In a couple hours I'll get started on uninstalling the current version of HikaShop and installing it again with the latest version. Also enabled "Debug System" and set the error reporting to "Maximum". Will reply after the re-install.

Unfortunately I was still getting the same error when I re-installed with the MySQL databases still intact. I had to purge Hikashop from the database and start over again completely to get it working. It's unfortunate but we'll start over again.
