Regarding Images.

Hi Team,

I am facing a very strange problem related to images. I have installed icetheme it tendyshop template with hikashop free version.

Whenever I upload the images for the particular product, the thumbnail is not displayed but the product image is displayed. This happens only for new images. The images like clothes.jpg which came preinstalled with template display in thumbnail perfectly.

Moreover, if i rename the same image which was not showing in thumbnail, for example: renaming wallet.jpg to clothes.jpg, the thumbnail now starts the same image it was not showing earlier!!!!!

Is there any caching going because of which hikashop is no accepting new images? I have given full 777 permission to the folder

Please help me in this regard,

Hi,

Without any link to your website it will be difficult to understand the real problem.
HikaShop does not have any caching, but the problem might come from the template you are using.
Please try to activate the default Joomla template in order to see if the problem persists.
