Products are displayed without order

First at all, thanks for your earlier responses!
When I display products for a category it runs perfectly, but the breadcrumbs has "Menu item for category listing module 211" (I renamed it as "Listado de cursos") and when I press on this item of the breadcrumb, the products are listed without any order.

I would like order them on categories or alphabetically.
How can I do this?
