Category Menu Levels

after two days of trial and error, searching the Forum, ...
is there a way to get a category menu like here

Category Level1
......................... Level2
.................................. Level3

thank you for answer. Maybe the Example was not the best, it don´t Need to be a fly-out menu.
Normaly Joomla supports Sub Levels in menues on a sidbar menu, but when i trie with Hika Business,
it only works to the 2. Level.
My Goal: Menu shows Maincategories only, by klicking one Categorie these Subcategories display, by klicking
one of these Subcategories 3rd Level displays, ...

Right now my sidebar Menu Shows the Maincategories, by klicking one, the Subcategorie displays, so far so good.
BUT by klicking the Subcategorie, the 3rd Level Categories are shown in the Content AND the Sidebarmenu changes also to this Level only.
