Hello,

I bought Hika Business 2.3.1 and have Joomla 3.3.1running ... Since 1 week i try to get a Menu on the left running. Categories are alredy done.

DT1 Offroad ( main Categorie )
- Cross....
-- Air filters
--- Products
- ATV...
- PIT BIKE

DT1 ONROAD ( second Main )
- etc. etc.

The Problem is when i try to make a Menu with a Hika Content Module on the Website is only shown the Main Categorie name and then it slides but shows only "PIT BIKE" for three times....

Nothing else is shown from the other SUB Categories.

Then i tried to use the Standard Version of HIKA Shop on another website...I made the same selection and did it the same way like in the business Version and it works... Everything works....

Link, where i have Problems: shop.moto-cross.at

Link where everything works perfect: gruber.dawahn.at

Hope you see my problem and someone can helps me...

Thx, Harald  :S

Hi,

The problem looks like a bug we fixed in the last build.
Please download HikaShop 2.3.2

Hi,

You have this problem since the update to 2.3.2 ?
I don't see any JavaScript errors on your website, it's a very strange thing.

I was not able to reproduce the issue on my end. As guest, user, or superuser, no problems.

It is maybe another module/plugin which interract with this module. Are there any module/plugin which is doing things only for users ? If it is, thanks to try to disable it.

Hi Xavier,

i work on the same site with Harald. Now i found out that every Thing works fine when i change the Template to Protostar for example.
But we really want to use this Template. (ah-68, "kleines schwarzes")
Any suggestions what could couse this issue?

Regards,
Peter

Edit: Figured out now that if we turn off the bootstrap design (in Hika configuration > Display > General Display Options) the menu works, but design crashes.

Edit2:
-when i Login with Adminaccount on Frontend the menu works
-when you login as "registered" und you add "/your-profile/profile" to the adress the menu works

Hi,

There is maybe one file which is not loaded by the template in some cases, a javascript file.
Could you try to turn back bootstrap on, then enable the Joomla debug mode and see if that work ?

If that work, so a missing call seems really to be the reason.

Hi,

you´re right, i had to add " JHtml::_('bootstrap.framework'); " to the Template index.php.
Now it works.
