Setting anchor to headline

Hi,
in the template there is a very large header section. Is it possible to set anchors to the category/product headline so the customers automaticly will be moved to the beginn of the lists?

If you have a look to that page f.e. with a laptop, the screen is not large enough to show the whole page, so on my screen I get a cut after the first 20-30px of the category pictures. So I'm thinking of setting an anchor to the headlines or directly above the pictures, to get a better usability, because in this part of the website, the users want to see products. If I want to set anchors, I need to change the generated links from hikashop and also I need the anchor in the position on category and product listing.

So I need the information, where I should set my anchor f.e. <div id="start"></div> and where I need to add the #start to make sure the shop links jump to that position.
