Gift Voucher

I'm wanting my customers to pay for an e-gift voucher which will automatically email them a voucher code for the shop equal to the amount they spend. Is this possible? I don't mind having Set amounts eg £10 £50 £100 £200

Hello,
A solution can be to use product custom fields to do that, so you'll just have to create your product custom field through "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields" and add your "voucher code".

I can see how to create a custom field with the type 'coupon' but I don't see how to use that to create a product which will generate a customised gift voucher.

Hi,

I think that Mohamed misunderstood you.

Today this feature is provided by HikaSerial.
Thanks to his generators, you can sell products which will result a generation of a unique HikaShop coupon code which will be included in the user email (for the confirmation email).
You can also use some HikaSerial plugins like "attach serial" in order to attach an image for your gift voucher.

Hi,

If you want HikaShop to generate dynamically some coupon code each time an order is made for some specific products.
No, it won't be possible easily in HikaShop ; like I said it's the goal of HikaSerial.
