Hi,

I saw that "ist nicht beschreibbar" means "is not writable".
So you should check the accesses for this folder in order to let your website create/modify files into (or the parent folder to let the website to create this "300x0f" folder).

For the product stock display, do you just want to hide it from the listing or everywhere ?
* For the listing : override the view "product | quantity" and add some custom PHP code. Override the "product | listing_div" might be useful too.
* Everywhere : override the translation "X_ITEM_IN_STOCK" to empty it.

Hi,

I changed the whole subdirectory, where the new website is installed, walliser-weine.ch/shop to be "writable".
Now i cannot access the website anymore. Even the backend with "administrator" does not work anymore. The only access i have is via FTP.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

I told you to work on the folder "/home/walliser/public_html/shop/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/"
I don't know what you have done but you have to set it back ; I guess you put some wrong access to your all website.

Hi,

Try to turn off the "force size" option of the HikaShop configuration.

Hi,

Please provide us some credentials to be able to see directly your website (for the HikaMarket part and the backend) and also a FTP in order to really check your folder permissions.

Hi,

I changed your HikaMarket configuration to not force the size of the vendor image.
We will fix this issue in the next release in order to not apply the "force size" if no size is specified for the width/height.

About the popup, you where using the "bootstrap" modal system but your template is not compatible with that.
So I switch to the "mootools" popup system.
If you want to use the bootstrap modals, you will have to modify your template in order to accept them ; but the mootools one are working good so I guess it shouldn't be a problem.

Hi Jerome

Sorry, to come back about this again.
The link is now working but is it possible to see also all the products of this vendor?
Right now i just get the vendor description.

Thanks for your help and great support.

Hi,

See documentation : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...tml#tuto_vendor_page

You have to create a product listing module and put it under the vendor page, like explained in the tutorial (you also have a sample screenshot for the product listing module)
