SOLVED - Category Content not displayed

When a user clicks the 'Bag' selection from the category menu on this site, the Category content is not displayed.

Please note that the Halloween Bag notice is a custom module displayed in 'content-top-a' and is NOT the content inside the category content.

FYI, the link https://carterrabbitblanks.com/hikashop-menu-for-categories-listing/category/12-bags is a wholesale only so it won't be viewable. Is there an option that has to be set to display the category content?

Well, it's the text, images, and links that you type into the 'content' area in the Category record. You can see it in this image.
