Duplicate Products

Can't determine the answer to an issue we're having on a web site using Hikashop. It appears that the products are listed twice, with the second time being in reverse order. I have found another question addressing this on the forum, however, it appears to have something to do with menus and "associated modules", but when I open the menu, it indicates that there are no associated modules enabled so I'm perplexed. Specifically the css is calling out hikashop_submodules class and and hikashop_modules_115 class. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to turn off this second row of identical products.

No modules enabled in the modules manager.

Hi,

You maybe just have to disable the module 115. It is potentially a module assigned to many menus on your website.

That module is not assigned to any pages or published.

Hi,

Even if the module is not published, it can be assigned with an HikaShop menu or an HikaShop option.
If you edit your menu in "Hikashop > Display > Content menu", you should see the associated modules for this menu.
And it is the place where you should remove the module 115 ; because even if the module is unpublished, if you associate it with a menu, HikaShop will ask Joomla to display it.
