default layout should work independent of template

Since I am not allowed to upload a screenshot (now all of a sudden I can upload an image ...) I can only describe that the layout of the popup window which contains an iframe with the heading "Address information" is utterly screwed up. I tried every possible combination of including and excluding css files and bootstrap. My template is T3 blank which is a very popular one and I dont think I am the first to use it along with hika. But since there is no easy way to blend Hika into the design of my template I need to ask for help here.

Besides the popup all Hika elements are somewhat destroyed. I guess the HTML structure is ok but the styling is from 1995. At least the bootstrap classes should work when I choose bootatrap in the backend of Hika.

So I checked if my template would cause the issues but no, with the beez template it gets even worse, see images.

Does anyone know how to get the bootstrap working with Hika or at least with the standard Joomla template?
