Only default image load when i add multiple images

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Starter: 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome, Firefox

I have uploaded around 3000 product with images name in the csv and upload all the images through FTP in media/com_hikashop/upload folder but now when every thing went smooth in the front end on product page i can see only the default image and other images for the product are not showing instead only the barcode.jpg is there.

I don't know what went wrong i following each step carefully while importing products.

image name is like this for all the products:-- 1002.jpg, 1002_1.jpg, 1002_2.jpg, 1002_3.jpg .

Hi,

The best is to check the product in the HikaShop backend.
You will see the different images with their path ; if the data is not right imported, HikaShop will use the default image instead of a broken link.

From default image i mean to say that only one image which is first image from all the images for a product is showing.

Please check this product page and you will understand:--

I am pretty sure i have import images right and i have checked the DB table #__hikashop_file and every image is added fine.

And image name is also fine.

But Thumbnails are not generating.

Hi,

As I said, please check the product in your backend.
It is not just the thumbnails which are not generated, the image path is not good and hikashop also use the default image for the full image (when you click on the thumbnail to open the lightbox).

So please, check in the backend ; your image might be added fine, the added content is not.
Maybe you added some extra spaces in the filename, maybe it's not the right path...
